No. Currently, we do not offer a yearly maintenance plan.

If the Enterprise Edition is purchased, you can run the software on an unlimited number of servers or work stations. If the Standard or Professional Editions are purchased, one installation of the software is allowed. WorkplaceManagement supports all modern browsers:
Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge and Internet Explorer 9+ 

Credit card purchases are preferred. However, if required, bank transfer information will be provided to facilitate payment. If payment by check is your only option, please provide us with a purchase order number when placing your order by phone or email and we will provide an invoice and activation key for WorkplaceManagement. All features are included and there is no limit for the number of users, buildings, floors or markers.

Our aim is to release a new version every year and a half.

WorkplaceManagement is priced according to the number of people you intend to list in the directory and floor.
Each subscription is charged in advance. You can choose to subscribe on a month-to-month basis (a credit card will be required) or pay annually at a discount of 20%.
At the end of your free trial, you will be asked to enter your billing information in order to continue to use the service. You can choose between monthly and annual billing. If you fail to subscribe to the paid service, your account will expire, hence no user will be able to sign in to your WorkplaceManagement instance.
You can change or cancel your subscription at anytime. The changes will take place on the next billing period. If you cancel your subscription, no user will be able to sign in to your WorkplaceManagementinstance after current billing period.
When you purchase you will receive an activation key, download links, and installation instructions.  

There are no limitations in terms of number of assets, staff, or floors that can be listed in your visual directory. You can list as many People as you are licensed for within your subscription bracket. You can install WorkplaceManagement as many times as you like with the Enterprise edition. The Standard and Professional editions are restricted to one installation only.

WorkplaceManagement is currently used to map thousands of employees and assets over hundreds of floors. 

Yes. Fully-featured WorkplaceManagement instance is completely free for 30 days. No credit card required. There is no free trial available for WorkplaceManagement however a monthly subscription provides a cost effective way to get started and can be cancelled at any time.
Subscriptions can be upgraded to allow for more people or converted from monthly to yearly at anytime.

There are a number of other ways to experience WorkplaceManagement before purchasing your own subscription.

After seeing a demonstration, we are happy to provide access a fully functional demonstration site, pre-populated with data. Be aware that any new data you add to this demonstration facility will be viewable by others and will be reset on a regular basis.

The upgrade price of the next version of WorkplaceManagement will be about 30-50% of the listed price.

When you choose to use WorkplaceManagement in the cloud, WorkplaceManagement applies industry standard technical and organisational measures designed to protect your data and prevent unauthorised access.

Yes, WorkplaceManagement can be installed on your own server, either on your premises or in your own data centre.
The subscription is exactly the same whether you choose cloud or self-hosted WorkplaceManagement.
You can embed links (deep link) to automatically search for
people or company resources directly from your intranet pages.
Enable ‘click to call’ for your VOIP phone solutions, or click to chat
for your instant messaging software.You can place links on SharePoint any other internal systems to launch searches and link directly to seats, rooms, and resources in WorkplaceManagement.

Yes. We keep your data safe both in transit and at rest. See our Security Policy to learn more.Customer data is backed up on an hourly basis. Hourly backups are maintained for 3 days. Daily backups are maintained for 1 month. Monthly back ups are maintained until the license agreement is terminated.
