Adding a Field

Custom fields can be added to Employee, Desk, Asset, Move, and Booking Forms.  

Adding a Field

1. In the Side Menu, select a list such as the default Staff List, Desk List, or Asset List.

2. Select any record in the list to open the details Form.

3. When the Form appears, click the edit button at the top left. 

4. At the bottom of the Form, select Edit Fields. The link will appear only if the current user has 'EditFields' permission. 

5. From the top toolbar, select the Add button.

6. A new field will be created at the bottom of the list.

7. Click the field title to modify it. Click the Type dropdown to alter the field type.

8. Click the dropdown icon to alter field properties, and add values (options or defaults). 

9. Click Save to add the field.
